A veteran classroom teacher turned educational consultant. Torri founded The Learning Group to build the kind of PD and coaching she wished she had received her first year in the classroom.

Founded by educators. Built for educators.
The Learning Group started in a classroom — and it still lives there. Every service we offer began as an answer to a question a teacher, family, or student actually asked us.

An educational consulting firm that never left the classroom.
The Learning Group, LLC is an educational and business consulting firm founded by educators — for students and teachers. We know first-hand what it takes to plan a great lesson, calm a hard morning, and still be excited to teach on Friday.
We partner with districts, principals, department chairs, and individual teachers to design workshops, professional development, curriculum, and family engagement work that respects your time and produces results you can see in student work.
“We learn to help you learn, so we all can be successful together.”
What guides the work.
Every workshop, planner, and coaching session is built by people who have taught a full class on a full week.
We optimize for what works Monday morning, not for what looks good in a keynote.
We plan with teachers and leaders, not at them. Your context always shapes the work.
Learning should feel alive. Classrooms can be warm and demanding at the same time.
Real work in real schools.
